2009 NY Yankees
The Yankees are very fortunate this year for their tremendous streak of good health. Four of their top players including Alex Rodriguez, Jorge Posada, Hideki Matsui, and Mariano Rivera are all recently back from surgery. They all have recovered well and have had no post-surgery problems. That is not always the case. Many times people who have surgery struggle for a little while after. Derek Jeter is also in that mix. He is getting older every game. They are at the top of the "bigs" right now and I hope they can go all the way. It has been a few years since their last World Series win and I think it is time for #27!

This has nothing to do with the topic you wrote about other than maybe some relation, but in response to one of your posts on my page, I LOVE SLOW PITCH SOFTBALL! =] I actually have been playing slow pitch since I was 14. Actually, one summer I played on two slow pitch teams and two fast pitch! Talk about fun! There is nothing wrong with slow pitch softball!
